Spring is in full bloom around Colorado Springs (and yet as we all know, snow could come at any time in the coming weeks) and that means local Farmers Markets will begin opening up shop. I love buying organic, fresh and local and supporting other small businesses. I found a few sites that have done a LOT of work to gather information on our local area El Paso County Farmers Markets for the 2015 season. I appreciate that they have done so much leg work to gather this information. Check out the links below and enjoy supporting our local farmers.
Springs Bargains has a great and detailed list of Colorado Springs Farmers Markets.
Springs Farmers Markets has information on the Farmers Markets located in Briargate, Banning Lewis Ranch and Monument, Colorado.
Lastly, the National Farmers' Market Directory has a complete listing.
I'm partial to the Springs Bargains list as I love that site and all the work that is put into it. What a great resource for local people. Thanks Carrie for all the work you do.
