Average Sales Price for Properties in Colorado Springs for 2012 4th quarter

The Colorado Springs housing market really ended 2012 with a bang!
The average sales price in the 4th quarter of 2012 was $228,909 in El Paso County. In 2010 during the same time the average sales price was just over $219,000 and in 2011 it took a dip and was $210,000 in the 4th quarter.  It's nice to see some positive trends in our city.

How Many Listings Sold in 2012 in the 4th quarter

According to the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in El Paso County, Colorado Springs, the 4th quarter SOLD LISTINGS keep increasing.
In 2010, there were 2,001 listings sold in the 4th quarter in El Paso County.
In 2011, there was a 7.2% increase from the previous year totaling 2,145 sold listings in the 4th quarter.
In 2012 we jumped again for a total of 2,368 sold listings in the 4th quarter in El Paso County.
It's so encouraging to see this trend.
