How Many Listings Sold in 2012 in the 4th quarter

According to the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in El Paso County, Colorado Springs, the 4th quarter SOLD LISTINGS keep increasing.
In 2010, there were 2,001 listings sold in the 4th quarter in El Paso County.
In 2011, there was a 7.2% increase from the previous year totaling 2,145 sold listings in the 4th quarter.
In 2012 we jumped again for a total of 2,368 sold listings in the 4th quarter in El Paso County.
It's so encouraging to see this trend.
