Daylight Saving Time ENDS this weekend ~ Don't forget to FALL BACK

For most Americans, Daylight Saving Time ENDS this Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 2 a.m. That means we "Fall Back" to standard time by turning our clocks back one hour. Of course, many of you, like me, will change your clocks on Saturday before you go to bed.

Because the federal government doesn't require U.S. states or territories to observe D.S.T., residents of Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas Islands won't be changing their clocks.

Here's a great National Geographic article if you would like to know more about why and how D.S.T. started.
